BayernID is your central access point to numerous online administrative services. Once registered, you can use online services from various authorities at federal, state and municipal level. After successful registration, the form is automatically filled in with the data stored in your account.

For the complete digital application process, it is necessary for you to register with your BayernID at the start of the application. You must identify yourself with your electronic identity card (eID) or another suitable identification document (electronic residence permit (eAT), authega or ELSTER certificate).

Alternatively, you can also use this form without a BayernID, in which case you must enter your personal details in the following fields yourself. Your signature is then required to confirm your details.
