Legitimation - BayernID

Die BayernID ist Ihr zentraler Zugang zu zahlreichen Online-Verwaltungsleistungen. Einmal registriert, können Sie Online-Dienste versch. Behörden auf Bundes-, Landes- und kommunaler Ebene nutzen. Nach der erfolgreichen Anmeldung wird das Formular automatisch mit den in ihrem Konto hinterlegten Daten befüllt.

Für die vollständige digitale Antragstellung ist es notwendig, dass Sie sich zu Beginn des Antrages mir ihrer BayernID anmelden. Dabei müssen Sie sich mit ihrem elektronischen Personalausweis (eID) oder einem anderen geeigneten Ausweisdokument (Elektronischer Aufenthaltstitel (eAT), authega- bzw. ELSTER-Zertifikat) legitimieren.

Alternativ können Sie dieses Formular auch ohne BayernID nutzen, in diesem Fall müssen Sie ihre persönlichen Angaben in den folgenden Feldern selbst eingeben. Zur Bestätigung Ihrer Angaben ist dann Ihre Unterschrift notwendig.
